An innovative science and technology project that has helped inspire students at Thurso High School is celebrating reaching a "significant milestone".
The Thurso Newton Room is an inspirational space for learning how STEM subjects relate to the real world and opening up career possibilities for everyone.
This is a full-time facility hosted at North Highland College. The catchment area includes Farr High School, Kinlochbervie High School, Thurso High School, Wick High School and their associated primary schools.
We've delivered a wide range of sessions since our opening in March 2019 and pupils love spending time in our STEM learning room and lab.
